The most impactful field trip that I went on was most likely with James ranch or Steamworks. I found James ranch interesting due to that fact that you raised the animals and milked the cows and butchered the meat, and then you provide that to local restaurants. Steamworks was very cool to walk around a big restaurant and see the hard work that goes into that. I have learned that I think both of these jobs would be very interesting and I'm considering working at a restaurant over the summer.
